Wasatch Back Ragnar Relay Race

Well, I'm on a 12 person team and will be running position two which is fairly easy. 6.7, 3, & 3.3 Mile Legs. The total race is nearly 200 miles long. More Info Here It's time for some serious training!

Fox in the Snow

Tara and I spotted this beautiful fox on the way to a Christmas Eve get-together. The fox originally had freshly caught prey in it's mouth but then buried it as we watched.

Turkey Trot

Tara and I ran the Park City Turkey Trot 5k on Thanksgiving morning. It was a great way to not feel guilty about eating so much that evening. I placed 39th out of about 250 Men.

The Perfect Christmas Tree

Tara and I, joined by the Fehrs and the dogs, went into the nearby Uinta National Forest to select a Christmas tree. We had a blast playing in the snow but as you can see, we did not select a Clark Griswold approved tree. However, Charlie Brown would be quite pleased. Remember, it's not the size of the tree......

Tara's Birthday

We went to dinner at Prime on Main Street and then to The Canyons' Dakota Mountain Lodge which is a Waldorf Astoria Property. We further celebrated at their restaurant/lounge Spruces. Then on to Main St once more to meet friends for ongoing fun.

The Jordanelle

We happen to live on a lake that belongs to the local state park. It's just a short walk for us. The water and the sky often share the same hue. Not long and white will take over.

Round Valley Hike

Tara and I took a hike in Round Valley this weekend. The trails were dry and the weather was perfect as usual.
